Precise Assembly – For Maximum Safety and Functionality
Our ISO 14644 Class 7/8 cleanroom (GMP Level C) provides optimal conditions for contract assembly of medical devices.
Example: The complete production of a tissue retrieval bag, covering nearly all work steps – from cutting, punching, welding, and printing to the assembly of the collection bag, tension ring, drawstring, fastening clips, and plastic sleeve. Final packaging is performed in a blister pack – ready for dispatch.
